We voluntarily follow the code of honour of the Federal Association of International Detectives without any membership obligation and position ourselves in the lower range of the recommended prices.

Please note: We can only inform you of the specific hourly rate applicable to your case after discussing all individual details relevant to the assignment. In most cases, however, you can expect a rate of 84 euros. It is important to us to pursue a transparent fee structure.

Often the Target Person Has to Pay

In all those cases in which the initial suspicion that served as the reason for commissioning our Bochum detectives is confirmed, there is one or more concrete parties responsible for the incurred detective costs: as a rule, the target person or persons. If the matter concerns purely private issues such as surveillance in cases of suspected infidelity or the address investigation of a brother lost to contact for the purpose of family reunification, there are no legal interests that would justify a claim for reimbursement of detective fees against the target person – and irrespective of this, only very few clients would likely present the detective invoice to their newly rediscovered family member.

 

In cases of legal relevance, however, which are handed over to the judiciary, it is often possible to recover the detective costs from the party responsible for the problem. You can see how important it is to investigate in a legally compliant and court-admissible manner, because if our detective work is carried out professionally, you can, in many case constellations, have the costs of commissioning us reimbursed.

The Fee Structure of Kurtz Detective Agency Bochum:

No flat-rate expenses calculation – billing only according to actual and necessary expenditure.

 

No postage and telephone costs – these are generally included in the hourly rate and are not charged separately.

 

No costs for the use of conventional detective technology – this is also included in the hourly rate. Only special technology, such as the use of a disguised surveillance vehicle, will be charged separately if required.

 

No surcharges for weekend or night operations – a fixed hourly rate seven days a week, around the clock.

 

Flat-rate offers are available on request and only where the workload is clearly foreseeable. For certain corporate assignments such as the recovery of missing property, a flat-rate solution is of course sensible.

 

Upon conclusion of the contract together with the payment of an advance covering the assignment costs, you can, subject to creditworthiness, agree with us on interest-free instalment payments for settling the remaining invoice amount. Naturally without additional fees.
